Participants can purchase Asia Harley Days™ tickets from the festival website (www.asiaharleydays.com) or through the nearest H-D™ dealer.

 

H-D™ AEM will cover the transportation costs for the finalists’ motorcycles to Asia Harley Days™ 2025, as well as accommodation for two people (1+1). Our events agency will contact you regarding reimbursements. For hotel options, please visit www.asiaharleydays.com.

Any personnel transport, flights, visa are to be covered by the participants themselves.
For Wild Card Entries, we will also reimburse personnel travel/flights cost. The display for KING OF THE KINGS at Asia Harley Days™ 2025 will be organized by H-D™ AEM. Please ensure your motorcycle is handed over to our events agency at the event site latest by 10:00 am on 21ˢᵗ November 2025.
