HOW DO I APPLY?
To apply, please fill in the entry form available here. Provide details about yourself and your motorcycle. You'll also need to upload high-quality photos of your bike from different angles. The deadline for submissions is 12ᵗʰ October 2025.
Please include the following details in your submission:
1. Full name and contact information (mobile number, email address)
2. City and country
3. Associated H-D™ dealership
4. Name of a custom shop (if applicable)
5. Application category: H-D™ Owner, Custom Builder, or H-D™ Dealer
6. Name of custom bike
7. Donor model
8. Year of manufacture
9. Mileage of the custom bike
10. Is the bike currently rideable? Yes/No
11. Have H-D™ genuine parts and accessories been used for at least 50% of the build? Yes/No
HOW DO I VOTE? Voting is conducted through our website. Simply click the "Vote" button next to your favorite motorcycle and complete the voter information form. Each voter can only vote for one bike once. Duplicate votes will be identified and removed by our system.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BIKE TRANSPORTATION? Harley-Davidson® Asia Emerging Markets (AEM) will reimburse finalists for the transportation of their bikes (excluding any CARNET fee or CARNET charges) to and from the Asia Harley Days™ 2025 contest venue via our events agency. Additionally, each bike owner will receive sponsorship for two pax (1+1 in single room – budget hotel up to 3500 THB per night for maximum 2 nights) covering hotel/accommodation expenses. Travel expenses (economy flights or mileage) will be additionally covered only for the Wild card finalists. You are responsible for arranging your own logistics and can coordinate for reimbursement with the event agency or through your local H-D dealer. Remember to purchase your Asia Harley Days™ 2025 tickets for festival entry at www.asiaharleydays.com.
IS THERE AN ENTRY FEE TO PARTICIPATE? No, there is no entry fee for the H-D™ Custom King contest. Participation is completely free.
WHAT ARE THE JUDGING CRITERIA? Entries will be judged on creativity, craftsmanship, innovation, and overall aesthetic appeal. Judges will also take into account the extent of customization and the story behind each build. Grand Finale Judging Criteria The final results of the Grand Finale will be determined based on a combined scoring system consisting of two components: • Public Votes: 70% of the ranking contribution • Jury Scores: 30% of the ranking contribution Both scores will be combined to calculate the Final Score for each entry. The participant with the highest total score will be awarded the title of Grand Winner of Custom Kings Asia Contest 2025 (King of the Kings).
WHAT PRIZES ARE AVAILABLE? The King of the Kings prize includes a ticket to the 2026 Harley-Davidson® Homecoming Festival in the USA, where you can immerse yourself in the rich heritage and culture of Harley-Davidson® alongside fellow enthusiasts. Additional prizes may include recognition from Harley-Davidson® and special features in Harley-Davidson® publications or events and some sponsor gifts as well – subject to availability.
HOW WILL WINNERS BE NOTIFIED? Winners will be notified via email and/or phone shortly after the judging process is complete. They will also be announced on our website and official Harley-Davidson® social media channels.
CAN I SUBMIT MULTIPLE ENTRIES? Yes, you can submit multiple entries if you have more than one custom-built Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. Each entry must be submitted separately
CAN I SUBMIT A CUSTOM BUILD WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN PART OF CUSTOM KINGS ASIA BEFORE? Only if your bike has significant changes from the previous submissions and was not a grand winner, this is doable.
